Shipping methods and rates
We offer free express shipping on all European Orders.
If you would like to make a return, please use the prepaid return label that you can find inside the package and we'll subtract that cost from the import we'll refund you. If you are ordering from countries outside Italy, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll send you the return label.
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different size please return it and place another order. A refund will be given once the package has been processed and received by our warehouse.
We want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
The shoes and shoebox must be in original "New" condition or the return will not be allowed. Pony does not accept returns unless they are returned in their original shoe box. All shoes boxes must be shipped back in an outer carton. Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused.
